The inspiration for Holy Sheep began during a student exchange trip in Japan, where we were immersed in a culture of delicious food and warm hospitality. One of our most cherished memories was sitting in a cosy stall with locals, sharing stories over plates of savoury skewers. That experience ignited a passion for crafting the perfect recipe that captured the essence of our time in Japan.

 

Years of experimentation followed, as we tirelessly tinkered with hundreds of recipes until we found the perfect balance of flavours and textures. Our dedication paid off, and we knew we had something special to share with the world.

 

That's why we decided to bring Holy Sheep to London, to offer everyone the opportunity to experience the same delicious food and warm hospitality that we fell in love with in Japan.
